2nd Annual CB4x4 Meet and Greet***March 29th***

So lets get started talking and getting ready for the 2nd Annual. Chuck what needs to be done? where is it gonna be? What can I do to help? What things HAVE to be done? What are some of your ideas? COME ON!

I think we should have this 2nd one at Dennis Carpenter's again. We told them we would do that, and they said after the 1st one, they would do something nice for us.

list of things to get done...
1. decide on a place(DC's or somewhere else farther like Bronco Driver or Duff's)

2. contact vendors about sponsoring the event(ie. WH's,Tom's,Duff's etc)

3.come up with a new shirt design,hat,stickers,etc.

4.design a flyer for event to pass out

5.Dennis(or who ever) or us would set up catering

those are just a few of things that come to mind.

I think we should come up w/ a meet/greet committee to help organize this. This would need to be some folks willing to put this over the other stuff to see it happen just right.

I think Carpenter's was a great place last year. It will be nice at the 2nd since we've gotten to know each other (or eachother's screen names) better by now. I'm game for being on a M&G committee - let's get the ball rolling!

Hey everyone - Merry Christmas and (possibly) Happy New Year (early)...

FYI......I'll be offline for a week or so (I'll explain later) but I wanted to let ya'll know I'd be glad to help out on the 2nd M & G committee (especially) if it ends up being at Dennis Carpenters (driving around, etc.)

Looking forward to it and I've had a couple of people mention they were unable to make it last year and want to make sure they don't miss this one...

Whatever I can do!

I am here to help too, I am back from visiting my inlaws and am back on the puter. I will start on that list of chucks in the next few days.
