so after cleaning and painting radius arms,caps, coils and coil buckets i moved on to the next project while paint dried. i removed the d30 cover to clean and inspect everything before welding spider gears...lo and behold i found my outer u joint was shot and pinion bearings are shot...

well upon futher investigation its just king pin bearings and u joint...
If you can't fix it with a hammer and a welder then your gonna need a new one!

that sucks...but shouldnt be too hard to fix. i not so sure i would weld a D30...them joints wont have a chance lol

Is that an aftermarket windshield frame or is the way the sun is hitting it and creating a glare?

Make some print-outs of an EB pissing on a 4Runner, Heep, mini van, or etc.! Put'em on ur wall in ur office. I do that here with Gamecock crap.
