Replaced upper ball joint sleeves with adjustable 1.5deg then ran it over to Firestone for a 4 wheel alignment.
Pretty pleased with the new numbers...
Camber: +0.8 and +0.7 0.1 cross
Caster: +5 and +4
Toe: 0.3
I will gladly take that.

First side was a 1.5 hour learning curve. Second side took 20m. Pretty damn easy though.

Also changed o-rings on hubs. Found the small ones for knobs at ace hardware and the large ones at Orilley auto parts.

Dropped off my injection pump and injectors at a shop here in CLT for checking over and hopping up. Took my head, crank, and cam to the machine shop. Will have to bring them my block next week for a thorough inspection.

Well it's not technically ON my bronco right now, but I took the exhaust manifold and head off the 200 from a maverick donor. The exhaust manifold cracked, so I have to replace it with headers now (oh darn!). The head is going to be taken to a race shop in NJ to have a 2v conversion, get fitted with an Autolite 2100, seats hardened, valves put up a size and back cut, and a few other nice massages. So at the moment the drive train (front and rear axles, 3 speed, and transfer case) are waiting for their new guts to be put in. Frame is at the welding shop waiting for frame savers all the way around and a dog ear on the front right side to be replaced. The poor body is just sittin by my barn under its awning wondering where the love is for it.
