I'm wiring up my electric choke. Two wires, cant be that hard??? Any of ya'll have a good location to hook up a positive red wire to an starter ignition wire? Can't hook it up to the alt or coil according to manual. Could it go up on top of the relay switch? Thx!

all you need to do is hook it up to a hot in run position wire. however, a lot of chokes run off of 6 volts, like coils do. if you need 6V, you'll have to go off of the coil power wire. if 12V, just about anywhere that is hot when the key is in the run position.

Used the extra wire from the voltage regulator. It was a 12 volt line that was good when the key is in the run position. I also used that same wire to run power to my Sunpro guages. All works good so far.
