Anyone going to Spartanburg??

Just thought I'd see who might be going to watch the ECORS race in Spartanburg. It is on July 9. I am planning to have an easy up or 2 to provide some shade. You are all more than welcome to hang out in the pits if you'd like. I'd recommend bringing a camera, water, sun screen, sun glasses, and a camp chair. The more the merrier!! I think it is around $10 to spectate. Helping us turn wrenches (hopefully not too many) is free

Keith (744x4) will be there with me ... talked to him tonight and he'll still be out of work due to his knee surgery until after that so he'll be there.

Thanks for the updates all. This race format is going to be kind of different. We usually run A, B, then C class, with A going at 8 am. We will be doing heat races then a 1.5 hour main event. Let me see if I can get a schedule. I would think our main event will be in the heat of the day- probably 1 or 2 pm.

good deal. does anyone have an easy up that they want to bring? i'll have one. it would probably be nice to have 2 of them to hang out under. i figure we can put them next to the side of the enclosed trailer to try and escape the sun.

i'm getting excited. it will be awesome to have you all there to hang out with. hopefully the Bronco won't need much between the heat race and the main event. whatever happens there, i can just about promise a fun time!

oh yeah, i spoke with one of the directors. i think our heat will be around 9am with the feature event somewhere around 2 or 3 pm.
