Still can't figure out the filesize thing. I'm not good at manipulating picture sizes, but I did get a few to post up. Good pics Robert!

Thanks Bart! I see you got some up of the racer too - nice  What track was that?

Do you think you will race it any next year? Outside of fuel, food, camping, etc - roughly how much does it costs to enter a ECORS race? Do you have to pay a membership fee and per race fee?

That was the Spartanburg race from last year. The nice thing about a short course is that there are plenty of opportunities for pics!

I'm not going to race next year. There is only 1 race in NC. I will also need to buy window nets, fuel cell, catch cans, and modify the plumbing some, and change the front shocks to keep it legal with the new rule changes. Too much stuff there.

A season membership usually runs about $200. WIthout it you can't win a points championship. Buying it saves some on the race entries as well. Most races are around $200-$250. This will probably go up this year with insurance concerns. A season membership usually saves about $25 off of that cost.

I was even at that Spartanburg race!

Wow, I didn't realize the new rules were so costly. You are right, that stuff adds up QUCIKLY :banghead:

I was thinking about maybe trying to run some class B in the crawler - maybe just one or two races for the hell of it, but I haven't gotten into the rules so far to know how much it would costs me to be legal either. Probably the same stuff you listed plus a bunch more that you have already addressed.

Yep. Rules aren't too lengthy to read, but for a B classer there are some added safety things (in spec harnesses, etc). Here are some quick notes on the 2013 changes.
