That's right! I now have an i-phone, at least until I lose it. The days of the flip-phone are over. This thing does have a feature that I enabled to GPS locate the phone, for when I do lose it..
So, how does the tapatalk stuff work? Is it good? I saw that they want to charge me a small fee for it. Is it worth it? I do most of my forum stuff on the computer. I feel like my days of youth are long gone and now technology has passed me by.
Also, the 'computer screen' on the phone when browsing is barely legible. Does anyone know if I can zoom in with it or make it bigger and pan around it? Any other words of wisdom? I did discover pandora and have spent the morning making playlists...

Oh, and does anyone know if the phone can be hooked up into a car stereo or home stereo? cause that would be nice.

Yes and yes. Tap on the screen to zoom in. Finger and thumb apart and pinch together on the screen to zoom out. Should have a cable to plug into the car stereo and a docking port for the home system.

I do not have the tapatalk and just use forums like a normal computer by zooming and panning. Like Tim said, take you thumb and index finger and spread them out on the screen in a diagonal motion to zoom. Just opposite to zoom out. They do make cable to hook into car stereos and home stereos. They also have some nice docking stations that have good volume and sound - I don't have one but would like to get one.
I just got mine several months ago and LOVE it. It's a whole new world. The web version on CB4x4 is nice too and you don't have to do the panning like you do on classic. I'm also interested to hear more about the tapatalk to see if it's worth it.

Thanks guys. Knew I could get some good info here, as I'm not as tech savvy as most of you. I'll try the zooming thing. Tried it yesterday and couldn't make it do anything other than try to copy stuff.
I didn't get a case, but maybe should have. Went mountainbiking w/a buddy yesterday and he said he got is v4 phone for free at Verizon. Headed there shortly after and picked one up. It is hard to believe all that the thing can do for the size of it. I don't like typing on it though. Is there a way to make texts using voice commands or something? I've got pretty small fingers, but they can't find the 'buttons' very well and it annoys me to no end.

I use tapatalk more than the computer its easy and convenient. Keeps up with all your forums on one page and you can browse and register for other forums to. I love tapatalk.
And the stereo question is yes and yes you just need a car or home stereo that is capable to be hooked up to the phone. Via aux cord or a cord for home stereo that has the left and right audio on one end and an aux attach on the other. All chords can be got at radioshack walmart blah blah blah anywhere really
