2013 events??
#51
I got lost on where we are in the discussion. I think we are planning on the spring meet and greet at Carpenters around late March or early April?

I don't think we talked much about the Nov run, other than it staying in Nov. Anything else? I'd be happy to host a wrenching day if we want to do that. Other than a club trail work day at URE, or potential trip to the beach, is there anything else on the boiler? I'd like to nail down the new year schedule now that I have my new Bronco calendar Big Grin

I think you're right on the details... I look forward to adding a wrench day and trail workday too! Hopefully I'll have as rig ready by any of them...

...speaking of the calendar, you and your truck look pretty good in there, Bart!!! Congrats on making the cut!! I guess a decision on the 2013 events has missed the timing to make it on the Bronco Driver planning calander....I was just looking over that in the library this morning!!!

Well it's not 2013 yet!!!

Personally my crew operates best with the "Fly by the seat of the pants" method of planning. Gets us in the neighborhood most of the time. We get so much coming at us especially with the youth sports it seems to work pretty good to be able to be fluid and adapt!! Everyone can't make every date, get what you can and be happy with it, right? Pencil up the calander!!

I went to Dennis Carpenters today to grab some parts. They'd like to know when we will be there and would like flyers well in advance, as they get people asking about it.

Can we get some flyers this year? I can print them and bring them up there and around Charlotte.

There is a mud track in SC on the NC SC line Bennettsville SC.Looks like its about 2 hours from most anywhere...Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh. I will get the address but they have a great track plus there is a 4x4 playground with hills and mud holes and some trails. I would love to have everyone come to a race, help me change tires and wheel on the playround. We can cook food and make a day of it. They also allow camping. Starting in March or April they race the 3rd Saturday of every month till November.

Lets do this.
