The Bronco saga is ongoing. We finished up the misc crap from the engine swap and now the transmission is not working. Seems pump is not working.
Oh, and the timing belt on my Escort snapped the other night so I am left without a car in Charleston now. Thank goodness for awesome friends like Chuck. He let me borrow his F150 until I head back to Tampa tomorrow.

well, on the bright side, hopefully that was the culprit for the chirping sound... hope you get it all squared away

The chirping stopped when we changed the rear main seal. Transmission was not the culprit. We just changed pump for the hell of it.

If you were driving the escort to tampa, might be good luck it didn't pop halfway on the road! Hang in there, Kiddo!

Escort lives in Charleston. I usually fly to and from Tampa.
Chuck, you have my permission to burn it to the ground and nothing more.
