I can feel you Brother, I too remember when I could fill the 71 EB up for $2.40 slam-full. But I ran the roads, mud-holes and Sanddunes in North Florida (AGE 17-25) It cost $250 to replace Posi unit and ring and pinion which was destroyed at the Sunoco mud-hole and to replace u-joints which exploded.
Now I'm old and not much wiser, but I am glad they make those mini/hybrid/rice burners cause it leaves more Gasoline for men like us..(Tim)Dirtywhiteboy
