Waaaay of topic. My Old English Sheepdog just had her first litter. 9 beautiful, squeaky, fuzzy puppies.
I'm proud

My wife accused me of paying more attention to them than to my own boys. I told her there weren't 9 of them and she wasn't trying to lay on them.

They're not bad. I have a male (82ish lbs) and a female (70ish lbs) and they go through a 50lb bag a month. She's eating a little more now because of the pups but she gets cut back when they're weaned. Helps keep her weight up.

We feed them twice a day. I just weighed a cup of food on the baby scale, I was interested, too. It came to 9 oz. So just a twitch over 1 lb/day. I was pretty close.
