should we have this at that large parking area near the shooting range? I cant remember what that area is called, but the MEB did some photos shooting there.Chuck

I have site 29 reserved. It's one of the double sites with two grills and two picnick tables

I'll also have a 12x12 event tent set-up in case it does rain
1974, 331 stroker, Holley TA,Dana20 twin stick w/terra low gears, 456 axle gears, detroit in the rear, true track up front ,MSD ignition, 37x12.50 PJs, 9k warn-tabor

I have an easy up tent and a real nice fire ring that i can bring. There is a lot of posts about whos bringing what but is there an actual list or any idea of what else is needed. Just let me know. I should be there some time Fri afternoon.

here's what we have so far...correct me if I'm wrong.

Chuck-grill,charcoal,burgers,buns,condiments.

Brian-plates,forks,spoons,napkins

Carl-drinks and ice(sweet tea-gallons,cokes,anything will do)

Rhonda-covered dish(secret dish :lol: )

Matt-I think will be bringing chicken,(fill the rest in Matt)

Robert-stand up tent,fire rings

we may need more burgers/buns,hotdogs/buns,chips,trash bags,Chairs!!!, and fire wood!!!

please check this list and let me know of changes.Thank you,Chuck

I'm bringing a couple cases of drinks

burgers, dogs and buns

I have 4 or 5 chairs

Event tent

some junk food--ie chips and stuff

charcoal and fluid

some plates and stuff

There are two pic-nick tables and two grills at 29...plenty of room to lay stuff out and to cook it
