Sept 12th-14th for a fall exploratory trip. Area sounds promising. My judgement being clouded by memories of Tellico ORV. Many fun trips there. The area is still primative, no power/running water. In that light we camp at the Best Western in Murphy. Nice place. Near food.

More is better. Perry Brady (EB), his nephew (FS), will be there, too. Maybe Perry's son (FS).

I'm planning on Best Western camping. Like the running water, electricity, etc. Restaurants in town. Looking forward to it.

U book BW yet?
Edit: Sh!t. BW is $70/night. Maybe I will sleep in the tent and use some wet wipes!
Edit Edit: So they have a Holiday Inn Express. I may stay there so I can pay with my Platinum points. (Thx Uncle Sam!)
About a 30 min drive from hotels in Murphy to Tellico2

The great deal I made with Uncle Sam is still intact but now modified such that I may have shot myself in the foot for this event. Originally I got a whole month of orders starting on the 15th; would have been perfect for the Tellico trip! Unfortunately, the schedule is dynamic and now the orders start on the 13th. I am still working on fixing this, but I am not going to get my hopes up. Turning down a whole month of guaranteed pay is nuts seeing as I typically bring in half that amount.
More to come.....
