Vin help
#21
Some states just take a glovebox door and title. It appears our two states do not. But here is a shot in the dark. Go down to ur DMV and try and title it in ur name. One of two things will happen 1) they will do it with no questions asked or 2) they will say NO and tell you they need to see the vehicle. At that time just say thx and leave. That's what I did when I tried to transfer the title in my name. It might not have worked for me. But I've heard of a few in this state that got away with it.

I was kinda planning on that, thinking I want to try and find a frame and glove box door with matching vin though as if that works I can use that for the next build a good trail rig as this one will be a daily driver that can do a little bit of trailing.

Blasphemer! We bronco folk never do things right the first time around! Do go setting a bad example for the many young impressionable minds here. ;-)

I got enough on the plate and got a deal for some manual parts and driving to savanah and $250 I can get a rebuilt C-4, so will make a weekend out of it to savanah to make the wife happy and get the trans for some parts and a little cash it will let me put money towards something else till I can afford a better trans for it.

Not to deviate from thread topic, but that deal better include d20 adapter.

If by signed up to be a member, you mean you paid the membership fee, then I will fix that for you. I didn't see anything in the transaction logs though. Shoot me a PM with a copy of the email confirmation please.
