We are heading up Wednesday afternoon and staying through Sunday, we are staying in Gatlinburg. We plan on bringing a cooler, a 10x10 Tent and some chairs, but glad to bring other items if needed.

I will be leaving Friday or Saturday to visit Family in Chattanooga so fixing food for the meet and greet will be kinda hard for me. Maybe I can provide plates forks paper towels etc this year if we get it put together. I should be there Tuesday and will be present til Sunday.
Staying at KOA Townsend as well.

We will be up Wednesday some time and leaving Sunday staying at KOA. Sounds like Thursday or Friday will be the best time for Pot Luck.

Wednesday to Sunday for the Wilson crew. Me, Shayne and 3 of the hardheads. The hard heads are REALLY worried about missing 3 days of school, NOT!!
