got some more done this weekend. drilled and flush mounted all the nuts in the front frame work to mount the fender and grill.Chuzie got the headers installed and finish making a 1/4" spacer plate for the EGR delete, started routing the wiring for the body,welder,and chassis(thank you Chuzie). Shawn finished up the air box location(which freaking is SAWEEEEEEET!)-he also hide to ole Premier welder in the glove box very nicely!!!(thank you). Got the track bar shortened, and got the steering finished-still have to mount the hydro assist. here are a few pics.

I bet you could fit 4 or maybe even 5 packs of Marlboro Lights in that glove box. SWEET!!!

VSS fix- Dill ouy VSS w/ 7/16 bit. Piggy back stock cable (gear removed) onto VSS. Use 1/4x 3-1/5" bolt + some type of spacer to support the two mounts. Will mount directly into XFER case. Works like a dream. Good idea Chuck.
BTW- Via Ryan Mccormick, you are a no-go for using the newer MAF sensor with the old computer. The sensor has to match the computer. Time to dish out some more $$$
