DIY Bedliner off E-bay
#1
I shot the DIY bedliner off E-Bay on SC74's tub tonight and was actually impressed in the performance of the stuff. It stinks because of the 3 part configuration ( reducer, base and activator) but it wasnt that bad at all.I looked like the "Alien task force" when I began the shoot due to the unknown property's of the stuff and finished it in just the Tyvek overalls and no mask or Goggles with the fan running.Robert will post some pictures tomorrow so everyone can see how it turned out.If it is durable remains the the big unknown so we will keep you all posted on that.We were going for a smooth texture but decided to add in some of the rubber grit on the top coat and it sure hides well but you have to make sure there are no clumps in the mix or it will spray that way.

We used some in an 88 Ranger bed it looks great and for normal use I think it will hold up. We have scrapped a spot of it off when haul'n a step bumper with braces, the bumper slid and the edge of the brace kinda dug in. But we've hauled a butt load of stuff since then and thats the only bad spot in it.

looks nice, I did the roll on stuff on mine many years ago. I liked it other than I wish I had put a thicker coat.
