I'm looking to purchase some type of overhead garage storage solution for my EB hard top, preferably with a pulley. Here's one option I'm considering, its weight capacity is 250lbs:

Does anyone have any suggestions?
What do you think an EB hard top weights?

Take your truck to a big truck stop...weigh it...take top off...go back weigh it...cost like $8...any questions...

Yeah, just throwing out an idea... Hell, throw in a cheap winch from Tractor Supply and just push a button! Smile

Maybe I'll head over to Tractor Supply and see what options they have. What do you guys think the hard top weights? 200lbs?

Hey Trey....alot of places have truck scales that would be a way to weigh it.

You could also build a frame with cheap bottle jack in four corners and attach um to the four corners of the top and then just back up to it and jack the four corners.

I doubt it's 200lbs... It's more awkward than heavy! 2 guys can lift it just fine...
