First thing i would do is jack it up and do the wigle test. If it moves its loose. How well did the ball joints press into the knucle? I have had some that were so worn out I had to tach weld them in place. Dodges are also know for that problem.
I have also had the spindle bolts pull out of the knucle. Heilicoil the bolt holes will fix that.
