Dad and I would love to build a Factory Five, thats what we've got our 5.0 and all for. He's good friends with a local guy who builds them for Factory Five; he's one of their top recommended assemblers if you don't want to build the car yourself (why wouldn't you?:banghead
lol. They have regular car meets at his shop, and its always neat to go and meet everyone. (and usually catch a ride in one too :xyxthumbsI've been in a few of the cars he's built and MANN are they quick! And most of em would make Jay Leno's look like it was standing still. One of his staff built a Factory Five MKII roadster with a bored and stroked 302 pushing 550hp. I rode in it a couple times and the acceleration is just unreal! One of the times my dad was out with him, he was riding to a car show. They were going down the interstate at 65-70mph, and the guy dropped it down a gear and punched it, and it just spun the tires up at speed!
