I'm going with BTF. They supposedly work with front rotors & calipers from a 73-87 GM 3/4 ton axle.

Those look exactly like the ones I got off of ebay for around $60 and used the GM parts. I can't find the ones I got, but a similar one on ebay is

BTF has awesome products. I usually pay more for BTF, but their service is awesome. They've shipped me the wrong parts before, charged the wrong prices for parts, etc. - but no matter what they always make it right to me without any hassle (credit my CC, send new parts and tell me to keep old parts, etc.).
