Very cool!! Look's like you guys had perfect weather too. We would have been there if not for a wedding last night......looking so good with the colors and the forecast, we might head down today!

I had all my gear packed up Saturday afternoon, ready to head up first thing Sunday morning. Then some stomach flu kicked the crap (literally) out of me at about 5pm. I was on the couch in sweats, covered it blankets, sporting my CBC skully and rotating between sweating and shivering. Not fun. Pissed I missed out.

It was a good time, great to see old friends and make some news ones. We had such a tough week after putting Stuart down, so this was just what Matt and I needed. Carl, Cretini and Marshall, sorry we didn't get to see you more. Matt and I are working on posting up our pics.

Sorry we missed the second half of the ride. We went back and got more propane and got some lunch. The outpost was very busy and we had to wait a while for lunch so when we got back to the parking lot everyone was gone. We had a ball -- we found the big mud hole which by looking at Aaron's pics you know we had a blast.

Sorry we missed you man, we would waited around if we knew, thought maybe you decided to head back early. I checked out Aaron's, pic, looks like you guys had a good time. Let me know if you're ever up for a trip out my way, there are some local trails we could run.

I made it back to CHS just fine. No issues. Pretty happy to know I can make a 450 mile round trip with URE in between! I feel like a proud parent. Have a few things to work on but nothing major.

Had a great time and was glad to finally meet you all. Now I can place faces with the names. Can't wait to do it all again.
