Ran a 32.5 on Sunday, first time going there. Took the the kids we totaled five runs each my oldest daughter's fist few laps were over a minute, before we left she was down to constant 39's

We're supposed to be meeting next thursday (Rush Hour again, I presume)... Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it this time... Will my Lap times from last month hold up? We'll see...

I'll be headed through poohbah territory on my way to Montgomery, AL next week. I'll be offline pretty much all next week, so I look forward to catching up with everyone when I get back next weekend...
