mini buildup
Air dude. It could be backwards too but chase air first.

Best method is to bleed with pitman disconnected. Slowly turn lock to lock pausing for 2 sec at each lock. 20 cycles should do it. Don't let reservoir go dry or u gotta start over.

Got the mounts in to test for anything. Not terribly happy with the lower mounts. They have an odd cut on them to make a 45 degree angle to the axle. They seem like with this angle they will rub when compressed. I'm going to get some material tomorrow to make some better spacers for the lower mounts.

Ya, those lower mounts were not impressive at all when we installed them on a rig the other day. With the Duff's shock lengths, we had one mounted on the back and one on the front of the axle tube. Assuming your shock lengths are different, I can see your concern for the rubbing given different placement on the axle.

Got the passenger all in and mocked up. [Image: 02430212bdbb388f6066672584bd36c0.jpg][Image: fa8317574cca778a6718358d82ff2ab1.jpg]

The only issue is I need to either space out the shock body farther or modify the bracket. The studs they put in are not length. Guess I will think about it tonight.

So there isn't enough thread to place washers on the back and have enough for the nut? Keep in mind those mounts were designed for their shocks which likely have a different body and mount.

Clearance it with the angle grinder and saw-saw.

I would cut those studs off and use 1/2" bolts instead along with the spherical bearings in the shock eyelet.
