ive already talked to him and he wanted $250 for the front and $150 for the rear. both axles are out of the truck and completely stripped. the hard work is already done. chase is crazy. but thanks for trying

So the plan is to meet at the outpost around 9:30 am on Saturday? Is anyone else interested in going up Friday or staying until Sunday? I am interested making a weekend out of it maybe... That is if there is any interest in it.

Yep, that's the plan. I should get to the Outpost sometime around 9:00 but we'll hang around til 10:00 before heading to the trails.

I was going to try to get out there Friday, but looks like work is going to get in the way:crying: I don't know if Jarrett is still interested in camping or not.

Looked at the weather so far mid 80's and chance of T-storms. So hopefully it will be a good day.

For those not able to come this weekend, lets start planning another day trip for sometime in mid-late September. Start throwing out dates and we'll see what we can put together. I'm not available the 12-13th but open for any other weekend.

What a turn out - it was just Jarett and myself on the trails representin CB4x4. We both got there around 9:00 and waited unti 10:00 and no one showed. We bsically stayed with the trail route listed above, picked up a couple of guys in a well built Jeep (yes i said Jeep) and they rode with us the whole day. The rain held off the entire day, although it was humid a heck all day, and the trails were almost deserted with almost no traffic. A couple guys in front of us on Daniel were running full sized pickups. One of them on 54 Boggers -good thing he didn't but maybe 7-8" of flex or he would beat the crap our of his wheel wells. His buddy on smaller tires probably 38's had to stop a few time to clearance his fenders. After Daniel we headed over to Kodak. Both of us got denied in the first rock climb - Jeep guy made it fairly easy, guess another 12" of wheelbase is the key. Then fron there it was easy going down Sawmill, Falls Dam, and Dickey Bell. Went back to Kodak but I had something going on with the front end (hopefully just a broke u-joint) so I took an easy line and we both headed to the Outpost to load up and head out.

You all missed a great dayConfusedupergrin:
