no alcohol ... driver jumped out of the car a few houses up and did not put it in park. The car continued to roll until the porch stopped it. Guy actually drove the car away from the scene.

And now getting the silent treatment from His Ins company after filing the claim and forwarding all the pictures to them.They have 12 more hrs untill my Homeowners takes over or my Lawyer and I hate Lawyers.

I am glad that you or your family was not seating on the porch hanging out.. I hope that he has good insurance..

The only good thing about a Lawyer is that they Love money and ths is a slam dunk with no work involved.I am pissed I am out my hedge I spent 7 yrs grooming and my wifes month old chair that they are sold out of.
