What's up with the steering linkage ?? temporary? looks like square tubing. I would be in the 12 to 15 hundred as well. Based on the photos.

Yes supposed to run very well. no smoke, good oil pressure. Steering was temp., has had a drag link built since the pic was taken. Has driveshafts, just need to change the ends to match the axle yokes...or put in some bastard ujoints.

with a solid running gear I would a little higher. everything else is repairable. With a narrowed 14bolt my guess your looking at custom shafts. Depending on your plans with the rig it could get pricey , If you wheel the piss out of it. A driver you should be Ok. I might have the rear posts in a few weeks , I picked up one of bergs donor bodies. using alot of the rear section for my 72 , but should be some left over.

I see 8 lug axles. I guess they have been cut down to EB width? I guess it could just be the wheels, but my 1 tons are wide and 14 Bolts are usually wider. If they have been cut down you may want to pass on it. Getting replacement axles could be a pain in the @$$. I just went through this with a buddy of mine's CJ5.
