Chuzie's monster transformation
I think you'll really benefit from some Bilsteins on that thing. I did note the "I voted" sticker on your tag, but why did you crop out the Obama/Biden sticker on your soft top window??

On the shock mount, that's the thickest .025 wall I've ever seen!!! :hysterical:

Whoops! Moved the decimal to the right!

Guess I neglected to mention we pulled the 302 and are installing a 351W. Kind of a last minute whim.

Chuck did an AWESOME job making the intake and valve covers look superb. Before he painted and polished, they looked like a dinosaur took a dump on them!

Thanks for the help bro. Just ignore everything in this picture except for the engine, HA!

The headers, transmission, and twin sticks kicked our ass last night. The small changes in positioning made a HUGE difference with install issues.

Maybe exhaust and misc tonight.

just to bring this back to the top...we did complete the exhaust...actual worked out pretty good. it was a long week and many late mornings! well, it came time to fire it up and test drive. thats when things took a dump. seemed like we kept adding fluid to the tranny but the level looked right, but truck wouldnt move! figured it was the pump we installed a few days earlier. so after trying all sorts of things...had no choice but to part it outside my garage.

now its been a couple weeks and chuzie came back into chas yesterday, he only had a couple hrs before having to drive to Arkansas(i think) he set out to remove the tranny pan-and found a couple things...1) no fluid in pan! 2) the filter fell off and was laying in pan!

so he had to add 5qts! reinstall filter/pan......

drum roll...

and was able to drive the bronco around the neighbor hood!!!! wooot wooot!!!! good job chuzie!

so the plan right now is for me to see about driving it a few days and put some miles on it for him...before the meet/greet
