Save the date! CB4x4's 5th annual fall URE run is November 6th and 7th. Hope to see all the old gang plus lots of new people. We're planning a cookout Saturday evening for the 5th anniversary, details to follow.

BOOK YOUR SITE[/COLOR] soon at Arrowhead Campground. They book up fast, so it is best to book now. There are RV sites with or without electricity as well as tent-only sites. Go to http://www.reserveamerica.com and pull up Arrowhead Campground, NC.

Matt and I will be in site 13 Friday to Sunday. Chuck will be in site 12.

For those who have not been there before, Uwharrie National Forest offers easy, moderate and difficult rated trails for every type of rig. Purchase your trail passes at the Outpost on route 109 in Eldorado.

Everyone, please book your sites ASAP now as they are filling up fast and I do not want to see anyone forced to camp outside of Arrowhead out of necessity.

The space situation is no joke and even a day's delay, at this point, could mean the difference.

I went ahead and booked site 17. It has a long driveway so I can probably have an extra vehicle or 2 parked there. I also don't use the tent pad, so if someone wants to set up a tent, I'm willing to share.

Looked like there were only 6-7 sites left with electrical on the upper loop of the campground, and an additional 7-8 tent sites without electircal hookups. It's usually cool enough in Nov. that an electric heater is nice to have.
