Well, looks like we were able to identify all but one of the items. I guess #2 will just remain anonymous for the time being. Thanks everyone for your responses. If you are interested in any of this stuff, please let me know. I will be happy to let it go for free. Otherwise, it will end up in my trash can by the end of next week.

is it possible #2 would zip tie to a heater hose or something?? looks like its curved to mount on a hose of some sort??

Maybe. It is sort of the same material of #3. I test that theory tomorrow. It is obviously some aftermarket item. Lord only knows how I acquired it.
