i like the idea of the sport stripe, almost a reverse hockey stripe. you could do a gloss black stripe (very subtle). would be cool if you aren't gonna chrome the whole thing. but, i really like that gloss black and chrome ride you posted at the beginning of the thread. that is really cool.

But if went down a similar path... mine would have to be....


1) A rusted out...rust all over.... holes through the floor board... full body EB

2) Chopped full cab top.... with 3" removed.. possibly no glass

3) Lowered... dragging at every opportunity

4) 4bt.. with a Turbo 400 with grease left on the engine.

5) Twin turbo both sitting on top of the rusted out chopped up hood.

6) 2 laid back front seats...no rear seat..

7) Room in the back for my black lab "Crude"

haha, hey i would love to have a serious crawler but i dont think i'd get the chance to use one much....plus i like driving on the street with mine as much as i can.

i can really understand why you want to build the rod. i like stuff i can drive around anytime i want, not just on the weekends. keep sellin them parts, i'm ready to see a build get started!
