BucknEB Wrote:The frame mount would be awesome. I'm going to try to borrow my cousin's or brothers gopro, maybe both and we could set up 3 cameras on one truck. It would make a cool CB4x4 Nov Run video.

Just confirmed Wife and kids in tow....wife even agreed kids could miss school Friday! Buckn, just so your wife is more comfy, my wife bailed out of the back seat of the Bronco in a hurry on Daniel last November and walked up past the hard part. March whe got out much more calmly and videoed me taking the bronco ALMOST up before I stalled out and wouldn't refire and Nick pulled me the rest of the way!!

Well, what'da ya know? We finally got some coversation going!!
I want to mount the camera further forward in the cab for sure Chuzie. This was a first go. I had it upside down. Sharon was able to fix that, as well as us looking stupid trying to turn the camera 'on' when it was already on... I will say that the GoPro isn't very user friendly.
As said, it is easy to hop out and walk a harder section (as a passenger). Daniel is the hardest trail there, and this section is only a small part of it. You won't have to run it if you don't want to- we usually go down it and back up. Most all of it really isn't scary once you get out there. Sharon went once, but it really isn't her thing.
And Chuzie, fortunately your winch doesn't run off of gas, otherwise that would probably shut off somewhere around kodak rock, right after your truck runs out of gas (again)... That is something I have yet to do, let alone on every trip.
