are shocks for lifted eb or standard height?

I do not know what that shocks are for. I got them in a trade and have ran the numbers, but can't tell what they are for.

They look to be 10" travel but they have post tops on 2 so would not really work on an eb

can you give me size fully extended and fully closed and what size bolt fits into eyelets? i maybe able to use these
