Hmm. I'm thinking of doing a crock pot scalloped potato type deal. Never done it before in the crock pot, but carbs and cheese tend to work well together..

Only thing is our site is non-electric. I'd need to borrow an outlet from someone with a power campsite for the day on Sat if that is possible.

Depending on what everyone else is doing I will bring either campfire baked beans or what is called a "big ol mess" ( its grilled sausage, onions, peppers with a sweet and sour sauce in a foil bag). Just let me know what will work better with everything else.

I'll have electric site and the Bronco Hauler so it can sit inside where the squirrels won't be tempted!!

Dang!! Looking like the staples for dinner are covered pretty well. How about some of Shayne's fresh baked world famous Damn good brownies to sweeten things up for dessert? Could throw in some hot coffee to warm up for a post dinner ride?!?
