A cart I know I could easily build either out of wood or make wood to work with the frame. It is the whole spining it part witch I am not sure about, good point on the welder as I do need one few different options there just havn't decided what route I will go. Also maybe instead of a true rotisserie I can take that extra frame and get some under host stands and prop the front of the frame up and be able to work that way.

That cart was what I initially was thinking of building till I started thinking of how hard it would be to crawl underneath and hold the arms up over my head to grind all that metal out and like the idea of the rotisserie. Not to fond of big sheets of ply wood nailed to the end of the cart as that isn't light or easily movable. But then again how much floor pan replacement can I actually do on a rotisserie due to how the body goes on the rotisserie?

Ok finally got the last set of leaf springs off, the sleave around the bolt a bit of it had firction welded itself to the bolt had to hammer and chissel that part out till I got the bold slidding with the force of a mini sledge behind it.

? The bracket that connects the rear leaf springs to the frame at the back does that come with new suspension kits as it is the only thing left on the frame to take off and this is the spare frame, so if it is in the new kits I can just leave it on till it anoys me when I am using the frame on a rotisserie.

As for tear down only thing left is the front radius arms still on the front axle been soaking them in pb blaster so hopefully they will come loos soon.

The brackets you asking about are the shackles. They aren't included with a lift kit but they are available from WH as made by NicksTrix

Well lucky for me I just got the 2nd one off all though it still has the sleeve and bushing in it, although I am pretty sure I can get that out once I get a vise for the workshop. Had to use screwdrivers and pry up and chip away part of the bushing to get it out.

Will be moving frame outside tomrrow and then I can focus on getting front stabalizer arms off of the front axle, just hopping it doesn't take me till Wednesday to get it done as that is when I am going to pick up the next load and will start tear down all over again.

Anyone wants to help unload and tear down Wednesday let me know lol tear down is usually the fun part.

Ok just to let everyone know I know have all the parts except seats and a tub of random goodness home. Witch I will be picking up tomorrow when I take the trailer back and pick up the rotisserie from the guy as we agreed on a price. Now to just find a good cheap engine hoist and stand. I will post picks as soon as I get some energy back from loading and unloading all this stuff. Not to mention my help to unload didn't show up so imagine letting a bronco off a trailer by releasing the cumalong a little at a time.

Now to begin tear down 2.0 and figure out what can be used and what will be thrown aside.

Yeah me too after I get back from running tomorrow hopefully I can get the body loose on the 2nd one so I can get it off and get chassis rolled into garage.

Friday gonna make a trip to harbor freight before a catch a game and pick up grinder, wheels and such so I can start tearing all the rotted medal out of the tub.

Not sure if you have used them before, but I caution you against harbor freight grinding and cutting wheels. They fall apart fast and some shell out. Dangerous and a waste of cash. Spring for the good stuff.
