Wind rock is actual a viable option. Only 45 minutes further than tellico and mostly highway to get there. No 20 mph mtn passes to tow thru. I'm down for that too but tellico is still good.

Something we might wanna consider if your worried about season opening and such is pick a place then discuss weekends that work with everyone but will get us a little breathing room from the opening couple weeks so the initial crowds have passed.

Biff, thanks for sharing the video in post 30. That's some fantastic Bronco footage!
There were a group of 5 or 6 Carolinians at Super Cel last year hanging out under an EZ up. I don't remember seeing the Carolina Broncos banner hanging last year, but I volunteer to take it to Townsend this year so that it's more obvious to folks attending the Celebration who we are so we can meet up with each other.

Looks like we had a huge showing of support and interest for the spring event location and dates. We will compile this overwhelming amount of data and make official announcements in the coming days. Thanks again for everyone's participation.

Wait!!! I didn't get my vote in!!!!
But keeping the ball rolling here, taking the scientific data from this huge showing and focusing on the overwhelming results of almost 2/3s vote, who can make Tellico May 1-3 and would be interested in making it happen? I'm thinking I can.
