Project "Big Country" - Front Bumper Fab
Make sure the size limits have not changed. Maybe try uploading to photobucket or other host.

I posted in the new forum thread, but it is a jpg and reduced to 640x480 and 56 kb which is less than the limits posted. If all else fails I'll go through photobucket.

Here is a bump stop I made for the driver side. The pass side is on top of the trac bar riser.

I used existing holes on the inside of the frame and drilled/tapped two holes on the outside of the frame.

I mounted a toolbox in the bed between the seats and fuel cell. Eventually I'll get a taller and much narrower fuel cell that won't take up so much space.

Looks great. So I am guessing your drag link connects at the knuckle and not at the tie rod? This would explain how you have some much room on the tie rod to mount the ram where you did but I didn't see a picture that made it completely clear.

Here are a few pics of me using a firewood pile for a ramp to measure for the bump stops.

Yes, my drag link goes all the way to the top of the high steer arm which does allow much more space.

I put a WH family cage bikini top on it. I had a local sew shop add some 2" velcro straps to the length of it to add some extra support. She sewed 4 straps on each side.
