1. Link Divers License with trial pass, which must be purchased at a local Government office.
2. Attend mandatory Government off highway trail class
3. Check in with Government static trail head station prior to entering trail system: Each Driver/rider will be required to present: vehicle registration, proof of Insurance, current drivers license, three forms of proof of residency: passport with current entry Visa, Utility bill with address depicting address shown on drivers license, military ID or Voter registration card, state issued ID will be honored.
4. Each Vehicle will be required to deposit in excess of $$500USD and allow the USG to attach a SPOT (GPS) tracking device to each vehicle requesting authorization to use the trail system. The deposit will be returned to registered owner of vehicle after clearing exit station.
5. Trails will CLOSE at 1500hours, 3:00PM this will allow inspectors to view trail video footage prior to allowing comrades to exit without fines or other extreme measures. The committee to prevent free use of our land will enforce this. They will stay vigilant and protect your limited right to recreate
