Damn Chuck! Progress looks great. What are you going to use for the 205 x-member?
You're going to make me have to get back to work on my pos. Good to see shawn back in the game too. Have fun stretching those wheel wells? I'll keep my eyes open for a cheap tailgate around here for you. That will make the truck look a lot better with a welded in gate I think.

well, i started @ 5pm and @9:30...I quit. I got my A double S handed to me tonight trying to get this tranny installed. Ive been cutting the floor and trying to muscle this thing in there, but i swear im wishing i had a body lift now...lol. That 205 is huge and all up on the bottom side of my drivers floor and the tcase is now poking through the floor some too. So i walked away for now, will try again tomorrow.
Im begining to wonder if its even possible to run set without the body lift???

ok, well...i got the DAMN tranny/205 in. I had to remove the motor again...lose some of the crap off the back side of the motor, reinstall the motor, then start installing the tranny again...well its in...............................................however the 205 is right against the frame, the floor, and i cant get the nut back on the cage arm bolt(holds arm to frame)!!!!!!! the 205 covers up 3/16th of the 1" hole!!!!!!

Chuck - If it's not one thing it's another isn't it :banghead: Any chance of welding a nut on w/o the case in or no room for the nut at all? Any room to grind the t-case to make room? Whatcha got up your sleeve for this one?
