:hysterical:...yeah, well this ole 5.0 came with a busted smog pump...so I found the belt size and look pretty easy to eliminate. one other thing i forgot to mention...I got a nice large tranny cooler Im gonna use for the power steering. the small elec fan I had as a 2nd cooling fan for the radiator will fit the cooler perfect for mounting the cooler under the driver side floor.
after looking at the traction bar, looks like the in board shocks are gonna get moved!!:banghead: I will place them on the back side of the axle tube so I can use the front side for the traction bar. pouring down right now, and as any of you have been in my garage when it pours....ITS LOUD!(steel roofs suck at times)

got my new bump stop mounts fabbed up and welded in...they work great! ill post pic later. got the steering cooler mounts tacked in, still need to weld them. i tried relocting the shocks to the backside of the axlle housing, but it looks like it will work better if they mount on top of the axle...but for that to happen...i need shorter shocks.

got the steering cooler mounted and welding in. Im relocating the driver side rear shock to the backside of axle housing, i'll leave the pass side like it was.
I removed the smog pump and went and bought the belt that was recommended from classic...however Im running the premier welder and alt with a small pulley...so the 84.5"belt didnt work for me. tomorrow I'll swap it for a 75.5 belt.
