Well, there's the $200...and the fact that we're not one of those hoity-toity exclusionist off-road clubs...so i didn't see why we should book the park for us only. It'll be more fun with others! :toothy12:

I would love to go havent had a chance to wheel river rock and im the closest to the park of anyone. and might have a little lift by then are b2s welcome or other vehcials ok like chevys

Anything that the park allows is OK with us. (I.E. no ATVs or Dirtbikes...this time) We bring chevys, jeeps, dodges, you name it--it's welcome to attend!!

just so the cb4x4 members know , this is called rits ( run in the sun ) ogeechee4x4 and 79f150 both members here started this up a few years ago on fsb.com and it still grows every year. the more the merrier . so please join in. most of us will be camping .

Yup, the purpose of Run In The Sun was an annual wheeling trip that was held in a different part of the southeast US each year. This way, the local members have a reason to get together and meet each other and we few who travel around to all of the locations, can meet as many fellow members as possible.
This will be the 5th year we've held the event. Past event locations were;
Ocala National Forest in Florida (2003)
Wheelin In The Country in Tennessee (2004)
Superlift ORV in Arkansas (2005)
Uwharrie Nat'l Forest in NC (2006)
Tellico in NC (2007)
