Robert's wife gets my vote for the CB 4X4 spouse award. My wife is cool with the Bronco spending as well but not too sure I could pull off having four rigs  .

Pretty amazing that the body is in that great of a shape. Good foundation to build on

Damn son....what else you gonna buy?!?:hysterical:Confusedupergrin:
Looks good man. When I bought mine, the top had not been removed either. I had to put a little elbow grease into it when I took it off after I got it home. Next time I'm in G'vegas I'll have to come by and look at it!!

Uncle Ted :hysterical: - I'll have to check the VIN tomorrow at work. I left the title at work too so I don't lose it before I can get a tag for it.

73Bronc - No magical potion here, just an awesome wife! She wasn't so happy at first but she is pretty lenient with me and my Bronco spending habits. We've got a deal that if we get in a pinch this is the first thing to get sold. I joke with her and tell her that I'm going to clean the interior up and it's going to become her daily driver now :toothy12: but I could never afford the gas for that to happen!

The best thing about the rig is the body - other than the two small rusts places it is in perfect shape. The doors shut great with good lines, the hood opens and closes and all the lines match up every time. The underbody is super clean besides a few seal leaks. To the PO knowledge, the hardtop has never been removed and from looking at it I don't think it has either.
If you find that you have to sell give me 1st shot........Please!
SIZE MATTERS! :rebel: Uncle Ted [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I sold the '79 today to a friend from Pelion, SC (just south of Columbia). He'll be towing it home tomorrow so look out for it on 385 and I-26.

This is in addition to his car collection that already includes:
'69 F-100 on 38.5's (mudder)
'90 Wrangler on 33's (wife's toy)
Early seventies Olds Delta (good gas mileage to work)
Early 90's Toyota Pickup (trail beater)
2007 F-350 with ARB's and Chromolys

He'll be signing up on this site soon

Just no time for it ... I've only driven it once since I bought it and it just sits at our shop at work. I've got too many irons in the fire and no money to keep them moving so now I have money to keep on the rock crawler build.
