Put 2 d-rings on it today. $12.49 each. Didn't realize how crooked they were until i was finished. Oh well. :banghead:
Will post pics after supper. New D-rings Specs are kinda overkill. Too bad my welding won't hold that much. Yep, they're crooked...just like the rest of the project...

I bet they're only crooked because it was so hot outside the welds didn't have time to cool before they slid down a little. Yeah, that's it. :toothy12:
I think it looks fine. Not like you see them while you're driving.

They look great. They don't look crooked from here, but then I am 1,000 miles away.
You will notice more than anyone else because it is your truck. Nobody else will unless you point it out. |
