Just received my hitch from TBP. Has anyone installed this one before? It looks like it just bolts up flush to the bottom of the chassis.

yeah, thats what it looks like. im guessing 3 holes per side, then slide those flat bar brackets inside frame, then through-bolt the hitch to the bottom of frame. ive never installed one like that. we installed a james duff hitch on chuzies rig, but it bolted in the same hole of the bumper and retains the stock bumper look

Make sure you have the left and right plates mated to the correct sides of the hitch. The blind nuts on the inside the frame plates are not always exact from side to side. You could end up with two lined up and the third not quite. And front to back, also. Just so you don't have to take it all apart again and start over.
