My prison days are behind me. I'd rather not think about it.

I read that Chili Beans are Nics specialty. I will leave them to him and figure something else out to create. Looking forward to some Bacon wrapped Jalapenos.

Dwight, I would be honored if you shared some of your deer bounty; love that stuff!

I will definitely cook some at some time over the weekend. I got a 110 # doe yesterday evening. So the freezer is filling nicely for this early in the season. Gonna try and have some Deer Jerky with me as usual. Its good anytime but really good as a snack on the trails. I'll try and get 5 or 6 lbs processed before dehydrating weight. Likely be 1 1/2- 2 lbs after.

Put me down for Buffalo Chicken Dip again. Dwight are we still sampling Cat Fish Stew Friday evening? Been thinin' about thought since I read it the first time!!!

Yes Biff if there is any interest I can do a Catfish stew Friday for the ones hanging around camp. Thinking about grilling some wangs for the Saturday evening meal. Hopefully Nic will do his famous chili beans.
