Guys thanks for the input. I think it is probably that little gear behind the ignition cylinder but I really will not know until I tear it apart hopefully next weekend. I will let you know. That write up will be a big help on top of all of this the battery is dead also.
Oh well. I was hoping to take her out soon since gas has gotten a little cheper. Thanks again...
