Can't help with everything but: 14 psi is too much for a carb. Get a regulator and bring it down to around 7. Probably trash on the pick up in the tank. Pain to change but necessary. Should have a 180* thermostat. 210* is way too hot for a small block Ford. GM runs there. Mine runs around 170 on a 180 thermostat, stock fuel pump and a Truck Avenger carb with no problems.
