Headlight problem

try another switch. there is a breaker in the switch. you will have power going to it, just not coming out of it if it's tripping.
might want to think about wiring up with relays and just using the switch as the exciter.
what type of bulbs are you using? stock or something with more amps? if non stock the relay package would be a good deal for you.
