Another thing to consider, if you don't regear, you truck will be slower with the 35's then the 33's. How much is debatable, but I run my FSB on 35's right now with stock 3.55's and it drags. I'd say my biggest complaint is having to downshift for every hill, this become especially annoying when trying to maintain a speed on the highway. I'm not trying to discourage you, I love my 35's, and once I get my one tons installed, I'll have everything geared appropriately (and larger tires for that matter), but in the mean time, I live with because I like the look and off-road performance (that is, if I ever went off-roading these days).
Just something else to consider, my vote would be for the 35's.
