What a bust! One should always do their research before crossing uncharted water. So I had a great T-day dinner and my buddy(mechanic) had to work Friday so I thought I could get us a head start on changing gaskets and seals on my tranny/trans case. Well little did I know when you seperate the tranny from the transfer case the tranny gears will seperate and come apart. So when my buddy gets home we go to put it back together, we get all the gaskets and seals done we are almost done. While lifting the tranny into place to hook it back up we hear some bad noise. We tear back down and discover needle bearings all in the transmission. That on top on being sick made me sick. Then I look it up in my buddys books and they tell you all about it and how to make a tool to hold your transmission together. Can you say DUH HUH. :x hock:
Waiting to build or BUY another legend! :thefinger:
